All products sold by LS Bonum are materials intended exclusively for scientific and laboratory research purposes.
Due to the nature of these products and their handling and storage requirements, all sales are final once the order has been processed or shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, orders placed by customer error, or products that have already been shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact LS Bonum within 24 hours of delivery at:

After reviewing the case, LS Bonum may offer, as appropriate, a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please do not discard the product or its original packaging while the claim is being evaluated.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when LS Bonum determines that there was an error attributable to the store or an issue covered by this policy.
